When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive as close to your appointment start time as possible and wait at the front door.

Do you accept cash and/or card?

Yes – I accept both cash and card. Cash is always preferable as I avoid card transaction fees.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased online through the website, in salon (pre arranged) or via social media.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Do I have to have a patch test?

Yes. Patch tests are required for all tinting, brow lamination, lash extensions, lash lifting and tanning services. Patch tests can be booked online using the online booking system and need to be booked 24-48 hours before your appointment.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Timeless Spa & Beauty operates a 24 hour cancellation policy, cancellations made under this time frame will be subject to a 50% charge. No shows will be charged at 100%.

Can I bring kids to my appointment?

We prefer for you to leave your little ones at home so you can enjoy some relaxation, however well behaved little ones are always welcome – please just ensure you bring something to keep them entertained!

Where can I park for my appointment?

There is paid parking close by at the Raining Stairs car park or in the Eastgate car park.

How do I prep for my spray tanning appointment?

Please do all hair removal prior to your appointment, and exfoliate your skin. Try to avoid wearing any perfume, deodorant and products on your skin.

Can I get spray tanning done in the same appointment as waxing and tinting?

No, we cannot spray tan after waxing and/or tinting as this can cause a reaction. I’d recommend leaving a minimum of 24 hours between appointments.

What do I wear for my spray tanning appointment?

Please wear loose dark baggy clothing for your appointment, and try to avoid putting a bra on after if possible.
